BHP Design are delighted to announce that they have recently succeeded in securing planning consent on behalf of DV4 Coltham (Redditch) Limited for 4 no. new Class E(g)(iii)/B2/B8 buildings with ancillary office space; together with the refurbishment and extension of the existing Honeywell Building at Burnt Meadow Road, Redditch.

The scheme is set to deliver up to 128,915 sq. ft GIA of commercial floorspace which will combine manufacturing/assembly and elements of storage.

We now look forward to supporting the Client throughout the detailed design and construction stages with a targeted development completion date of early 2025.
